Providers may also provide business information, profile photos, and service details. We collect event details submitted through booking requests. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the Platform.

We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, facilitate connections between Hosts and Providers, process payments through our payment processor (Stripe), send transactional communications such as booking confirmations and quote notifications, and provide customer support.
3. Information Sharing
We share limited information between Hosts and Providers to facilitate bookings, such as event details and contact information. We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. YesChef Booking does not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies, and all communications are encrypted via HTTPS. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may delete your account, which will remove your profile and personal information from the Platform. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
